I don’t want your “love”

I already experienced the love
And it's nothing like what you've always given me
True love doesn't ignore my questions
It doesn't even try to buy me with material goods
It doesn't puts rules on my body
True love doesn't fool me
It always speaks the truth, even when it hurts too much
It accepts me whole without questioning me or pestering me
It helps me to be fair and to find justice
True love doesn't pretend to be a victim
For me to feel guilty
It doesn't defragment my self-esteem
And neither my self-confidence
It doesn't punish me
If the "love" you want to give me makes me so badly
It can stay with you. I don't want it. I don't need it.
Because this is not love
And if this is the only kind of "love" you know
I'm gonna tell you a secret:
Open your eyes, this is not and it was never love.
